Pronounced Hone Shah Zeh Shoh Nehn.

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen is the distance symbol, meaning it is the symbol that makes time and space irrelevant for it transcends time and space.

What does this mean? It means that if you can't see your family or friend and they need support you can ask them if you can send them Reiki and it won't matter if they are next door or halfway across the world, the Reiki will go them as if they were in the same room with you. At the time of this writing we are in shelter-in-place due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, covid-19, and this is a powerful symbol and way to safely connect with and help family and loved ones.

It means you can send Reiki to your past self for healing. My little girl self, deep within, needs it to heal, and thus I am healed now in my present, even though she is healed in her past. It does not erase your past, but it enriches your ability to heal past wounds, which helps you be able to deal with the now more effectively

It means you can send Reiki to your future self, this is especially good when you know you are going to have a rough time. It could be a meeting at work with a difficult person. It could be knowing that on a particular day you are going to have a rough time

You can heal your past lives.

You can heal yourself that is from another realm, or across dimensions, or parallel universes, always with the intent of if they are willing to receive it and to hold it until that part of you is ready to receive it.

You can heal yourself from before this world was ever created, even all the way back to the Real of First Form (if you don't understand what that means, don't worry about it). The most important thing to know is that the scope is infinite.

You can do all these things for other people as well, assuming they have given you conscious permission to do so.

This is also used for sending Reiki to particular situation with the intent that all involved who are ready to receive the Reiki will receive it, and if they are not ready that they will receive it when they are ready, or that it will go to Mother Earth, whichever is for the highest good of all.
